Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet regional goals and objectives.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Support talent management through hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management or similar leadership roles.

- Fluency in Korean for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Location: On-Site - Austin, Texas, United States 🏢
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 💰
