Position: Region Operations Manager
The Region Operations Manager reports directly to the Regional Director (RD). This role involves planning and overseeing daily regional operations to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- ⭐ Management experience in Housekeeping preferred
- ⭐ Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Essential Functions

- Assist with hiring and training new employees
- Support onboarding of foreign guest workers (e.g., H2B and J1 visa holders)
- Organize and oversee staff schedules and workload
- Provide coverage for management positions within the region as needed
- Handle employee discipline and terminations following company policies
- Plan and organize daily production and operational activities
- Analyze performance, financial data, and activity reports to measure productivity
- Coordinate with HR, finance, logistics, and other support departments
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions
- Assist RD with transportation logistics for team members
- Conduct weekly inspections, inventory counts, and prepare weekly reports
- Cover manager and dispatcher needs when understaffed
- Manage weekly schedules for carpet cleaning, HR, and training
- Determine labor requirements to meet production goals
- Contribute to the operational budget preparation
- Coordinate with marketing and sales departments on pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Assist in updating and maintaining the operations manual and policies
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least five years of work experience directly related to this role
Other Qualifications
- Proven managerial and supervisory capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management
- Ability to interpret financial data for goal setting
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment with routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, faxes, filing cabinets). It also involves working in operational settings with potential exposure to odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals. Work location may vary.
Physical Requirements
This position frequently requires:
standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional climbing stairs, and repetitive motions. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
