Job Summary 📝
The Recruiting Supervisor oversees recruitment workload and quality, enhances recruitment practices, maintains accurate tracking systems, and manages our recruitment team to ensure top talent acquisition.
Essential Job Functions 🔍
- Full lifecycle recruiting: Fill assigned roles, including senior leadership, with qualified candidates.
- Candidate onboarding: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate proper orientation and seamless integration of new hires.
- Review recruitment packages: Ensure accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and quality standards.
- Candidate experience: Implement strategies to improve candidate retention and satisfaction.
- Develop recruiting strategies: Attract diverse, qualified talent via innovative staffing methods.
- Build capacity: Enhance hiring managers’ and recruiters’ ability to attract talent.
- Leverage technology & social media: Manage candidate relationships and brand presence to generate leads and referrals.
- Ensure diversity & compliance: Follow laws like EEOC, federal, state regulations, and background check protocols.
- Legal and regulatory compliance: Adhere to employment laws and company policies.
- Representation: Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote KleenMark.
- Supervision: Oversee the quality of work of recruitments team members.
- Team management: Address minor disciplinary issues; escalate serious matters appropriately.

- Technical skills: Proficiency with web-based recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication: Effective written and verbal skills for interacting with candidates and managers.
- Time management: Strong organization, prioritization, goal setting, and stress management abilities.
Education & Experience 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Experience in recruiting with proven results and metrics
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Physical Demands & Work Environment 📋
- Extended periods seated working at a desk and on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
Travel Requirements 🚗✈️
- Travel within designated regions (e.g., Fox Valley, Madison, Milwaukee)
- Visits to building sites and participation in job fairs/seminars
- Up to 35% travel for day trips
