Job Summary 📝

The Recruiting Supervisor oversees recruitment workload and quality, enhances recruitment practices, maintains accurate tracking systems, and manages our recruitment team to ensure top talent acquisition.

Essential Job Functions 🔍

  • Full lifecycle recruiting: Fill assigned roles, including senior leadership, with qualified candidates.
  • Candidate onboarding: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate proper orientation and seamless integration of new hires.
  • Review recruitment packages: Ensure accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Candidate experience: Implement strategies to improve candidate retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop recruiting strategies: Attract diverse, qualified talent via innovative staffing methods.
  • Build capacity: Enhance hiring managers’ and recruiters’ ability to attract talent.
  • Leverage technology & social media: Manage candidate relationships and brand presence to generate leads and referrals.
  • Ensure diversity & compliance: Follow laws like EEOC, federal, state regulations, and background check protocols.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: Adhere to employment laws and company policies.
  • Representation: Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote KleenMark.
  • Supervision: Oversee the quality of work of recruitments team members.
  • Team management: Address minor disciplinary issues; escalate serious matters appropriately.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 🧠💼

  • Technical skills: Proficiency with web-based recruitment tools and social media platforms.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication: Effective written and verbal skills for interacting with candidates and managers.
  • Time management: Strong organization, prioritization, goal setting, and stress management abilities.

Education & Experience 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in recruiting with proven results and metrics
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Physical Demands & Work Environment 📋

  • Extended periods seated working at a desk and on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed

Travel Requirements 🚗✈️

  • Travel within designated regions (e.g., Fox Valley, Madison, Milwaukee)
  • Visits to building sites and participation in job fairs/seminars
  • Up to 35% travel for day trips
