Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager provides leadership, strategy, support, advocacy, and vision to our recruiters and hiring managers across multiple locations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring goals and metrics are achieved.
    • Oversee daily workflow within the department.
    • Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Provide training on interviewing practices and compliance standards.
    • Set KPI expectations and performance metrics.
    • Develop, coach, and mentor the recruitment team.
    • Handle discipline and termination in line with company policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment for field employee roles, including supervisors.
  • Develop innovative strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Create hiring strategies aligned with operational goals and contract needs.
  • Forecast staffing requirements for various teams and regions.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional hiring managers to share best practices and coordinate initiatives.
  • Manage job boards and partnerships with recruitment vendors.
  • Build community pipelines and establish strong partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Develop referral programs and organize job fairs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Extensive understanding of recruiting methods, policies, and employment laws.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights for hiring decisions.
  • Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for growth and accept feedback graciously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities and supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
