Job Summary
The Recruitment Manager provides leadership, strategy, support, advocacy, and vision to our recruiters and hiring managers across multiple locations.
Essential Job Functions
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring goals and metrics are achieved.
- Oversee daily workflow within the department.
- Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Provide training on interviewing practices and compliance standards.
- Set KPI expectations and performance metrics.
- Develop, coach, and mentor the recruitment team.
- Handle discipline and termination in line with company policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for field employee roles, including supervisors.
- Develop innovative strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Create hiring strategies aligned with operational goals and contract needs.
- Forecast staffing requirements for various teams and regions.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional hiring managers to share best practices and coordinate initiatives.
- Manage job boards and partnerships with recruitment vendors.
- Build community pipelines and establish strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Develop referral programs and organize job fairs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Extensive understanding of recruiting methods, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Ability to utilize data-driven insights for hiring decisions.
- Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for growth and accept feedback graciously.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Leadership qualities and supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
