Position Details

• Role: Full-Time Bilingual Recruiter
• Compensation: Hourly rate plus bonus plan, with a comprehensive benefits package
• Location: Holland, MI

Responsibilities 🎯

As a Recruiter, your main goal is to fulfill client orders by sourcing high-quality candidates quickly and effectively. You may also perform additional client-specific tasks if working onsite. Here's what you'll do:

• Recruiting and Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for temporary roles in manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, and production settings.
• Qualifying Candidates: Assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for client needs.
• Marketing and Placement: Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a strong match with their requirements.
• Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet client demands and ensure timely placements.
• Quality Focus: Uphold high standards in candidate selection and client satisfaction.
• Time Management & Urgency: Prioritize effectively and respond promptly to requests.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, clients, and team members.

Qualifications & Skills 📋

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification is a plus but not required
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus but not mandatory
