Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Recruiter with fluency in both English and Spanish to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment process for diverse roles while effectively communicating with candidates in both languages. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of best hiring practices across cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding) for both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Create and post bilingual job advertisements to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations of all candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide recommendations on candidate selection.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams by translating and interpreting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build relationships with external partners, including job boards, staffing agencies, and community organizations that serve Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and best practices in recruitment for both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to communicate effectively across language barriers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
