We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support full-cycle recruiting at our Addison, TX facilities. Key Responsibilities 🌟
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines via job fairs, community outreach, online platforms, and local partnerships.
- Conduct interviews and provide bilingual language support as needed throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, employment laws, and ethical practices.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, candidate status, and progress regularly.
- Participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientations for a positive experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in compliance with policies.
- Represent the company professionally with applicants, employees, educational institutions, and community partners.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist HR projects as needed.
Qualifications 🎓
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments required.
- Experience in plastic injection molding or similar industries is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong ethical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
Work Environment 🌐
This role primarily involves office work with occasional presence on the production floor. Extended hours may be needed to support 24/7 operations.
