About the Role
As an Admin Recruiter, your key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and onboarding local hospitality talent to support our hotel partners. Field experience in staffing and recruiting is essential, and hospitality or hotel operations experience is a definite plus!

Major Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, screening, and orienting new employees
- Onboard employees and support candidates through the online application process
- Verify employee hours and communicate with clients to ensure hours are approved
- Handle incoming calls from clients and employees
- Provide support to employees with payment cards, timesheets, and forms
- Collaborate with the Market Manager and Account Manager on recruiting and onboarding tasks
Job-Specific Duties
- Enhance customer service by anticipating client and employee needs
- Develop employees through ongoing feedback and clear performance expectations
- Learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools
- Communicate account details and order specifications effectively
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of the hospitality and staffing industries
- Communicate effectively across various organizational levels
Essential Requirements ✅
- Staffing or recruiting experience (minimum 1 year)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRMs
- Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associates, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Mandatory recruiting and administrative support experience
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is preferred

Salary: Starting from $45,000 per year
