Job Overview:

As a receptionist at Stellar Management, you'll play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming front desk environment while supporting administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include handling guest interactions, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day office needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet all office guests professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct all phone calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Screen calls and take messages.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped.
  • Assist with mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company's high standards.
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the company's mission and functions.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
