Speaks Law Firm Is Hiring A Bilingual Receptionist

Speaks Law Firm is adding a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to our Wilmington, NC office. The Front Desk Receptionist will welcome clients and visitors upon arrival, answer incoming calls, and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude. This position will report to our Wilmington office and business hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.

No Phone Calls Please.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, assist callers with information, and forward calls to the appropriate contact
• Ensure accurate and detailed messages are forwarded in a timely fashion to the appropriate contact
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain office calendars for availability
• Direct the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients with a sense of urgency
• Ensure front desk, lobby, conference, and break room areas are sanitized and orderly
• Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or note-taking as needed
• Coordinate with staff and clients for tasks such as notary
• Coordinate with clients to ensure proper execution of all checks and releases
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred
• One (1) year of customer service or reception experience required, law firm experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Notary Public required or willingness to obtain within first six months
• Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required

Compensation:

The is a full-time hourly position starting at $17.
