Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
- Manage front desk operations, including sign-ins and general inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
