📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
  • Manage front desk operations, including sign-ins and general inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
