About the Role

As the first point of contact at our New York office, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while managing various administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Maintain front desk organization and office supplies
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements ✅

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service focus
