Job Opening: Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English & Spanish) Receptionist to join our firm immediately. This full-time role works from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering & transferring calls
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Supporting the paralegal team with record requests
• Filing, scanning documents, and copying

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Office 365 and strong Word skills
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to speak clearly in both Spanish and English
• Ability to work well with others
• Trustworthy, punctual, and good time management skills
• Experience in a law firm or with Needles Neos is a plus
