• Salary: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually + commission

Responsibilities 📝

• Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the purchasing process

• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and systems
• Host open houses and turn walk-in traffic into clients
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications & Requirements 🎯

• Active Maryland Real Estate License
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Full-time commitment and strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
• Prior sales experience in real estate is a plus
