• Type: Contract, Flexible FT Hours
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19133 Area
• Languages: Bilingual (Spanish Speakers Preferred)
• Rate: $64.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM, with high demand on Fridays

📝 Job Summary

The PMHNP provides comprehensive on-site psychiatric services, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical support for individuals with mental health, behavioral health, emotional, or developmental needs. Operating as an independent contractor, you will deliver person-centered, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and a commitment to the mission of promoting wellness, recovery, and resilience in our communities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough, quality, and up-to-date medical and health documentation for clients
• Administer effective, evidence-based therapeutics, including medication prescriptions
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams in accordance with standards
• Complete all required documentation such as evaluations, lab requests, incident reports, etc.
• Participate in monthly review meetings with supervisory staff to discuss cases and goals
• Collaborate with treatment team members to evaluate client progress and needs
• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, providers, caseworkers, and advocates involved in care
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures
• Pursue ongoing professional development and credential maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
• Master's or higher degree in nursing science
• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
• Eligibility for DEA licensure
• Current license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 12 years of psychiatric experience preferred
