Job Description
Mission: To develop, oversee, and implement policies and procedures that prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and harassment involving unaccompanied children (UC). The PSA Compliance Manager ensures adherence to the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Harassment, analyzes areas for improvement, and prepares comprehensive performance reports.
Key Responsibilities ๐ ๏ธ
- Training & Development: Design, facilitate, and ensure annual training on preventing and responding to sexual abuse and harassment involving UC.
- Program Quality & Improvement: Assess service delivery, identify barriers, and develop action plans to enhance program effectiveness.
- Incident Management: Collect data, review incidents, and conduct investigations related to sexual abuse or harassment.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on program performance and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements ๐
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable respiratory diseases when working directly with unaccompanied children.
- Varicella: Two doses of vaccine or verified history of chickenpox.
- MMR: Two doses or serological immunity evidence.
- DTaP or TDaP: Complete primary vaccination or one adult dose.
- Influenza: Annual vaccination during flu season.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or related fields.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in child welfare standards, compliance, and best practices.
Licenses & Credentials:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Current vehicle insurance.
