IMPORTANT: A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager is required for this role.

We want individuals who chase growth and set ambitious goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:Position Overview:Experienced and dedicated Bilingual Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties in USA.Key Responsibilities:
- Property Oversight: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 300-350 properties. Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the scheduling, managing, and supervising of routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring positive relationships with residents.
- Leasing and Rent Management: Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and managing rent collections.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage property budgets. Monitor expenses, track income, and prepare financial reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including zoning, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with city and state departments (such as Housing, Planning, and Public Works) to ensure alignment with broader community goals and strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records for each property, including maintenance logs, financial records, and tenant communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of [2-3] years of experience in property management at a supervisor level.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Appfolio and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS
- Able to fluently speak, read and write in English.
- Advanced conversational English. (Little to no accent)
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
- College preferred or equivalent experience.
- Own a modern Computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
