About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute on-site promotional events: Engage attendees bilingually, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral: Create bilingual signage, samples, and giveaways that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Manage vendor relations: Liaise with suppliers in both languages to secure materials, negotiate costs, and track deliveries.
- Maintain the promotional calendar: Schedule meetings, update stakeholders, and monitor project milestones.
- Analyze campaign performance: Compile post-event reports capturing insights from Spanish- and English-speaking participants.

Skills & Qualifications
