About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Bilingual Project Coordinator to support project execution, reporting, and governance. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, capable of coordinating with diverse teams and effectively engaging with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to showcase project updates, risks, and milestones
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to governance and change management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Qualifications ✅
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
