Express Employment Professionals, a leading global provider of supply management services to the automotive industry, is seeking a Bilingual Production Manager in Wharton, NJ to oversee daily assembly and sewing operations. 🚀

Job Title: Production Manager

About the Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing all plant operations, including production, quality control, and order management, ensuring efficiency and safety across the board.

Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Responsible for all plant operations including production, quality, and order management
• 🎯 Meet and exceed productivity goals and KPIs
• 📦 Manage inventory control and oversight
• 👷 Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the production staff
• 🦺 Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• 💡 Provide leadership and coach team members on skill development
• 📈 Evaluate production performance and prepare weekly reports
• 🛡️ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
• 🔧 Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• 🎓 High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 🛠️ Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• ✂️ Sewing production experience is REQUIRED
• 🗣️ Bilingual skills are mandatory

Work Schedule & Compensation

🕗 Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

💰 Pay rate: Up to $28.85 per hour
