Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Procurement Specialist to join their client's vibrant team in San Marcos, California. Responsibilities 📝
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant departments to forecast supply needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts within the procurement system.
- Assisting in developing and implementing procurement strategies and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the procurement process.
- Providing support in resolving issues or discrepancies related to procurement activities.
Requirements 🎯
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compensation 💵
Pay ranges from $24 - $28 per hour.
Work Hours 🕒
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
