Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Procurement Specialist to join their client's vibrant team in San Marcos, California. This role demands a motivated individual capable of managing procurement tasks efficiently while supporting the company's overall success. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities 📝

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant departments to forecast supply needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts within the procurement system.
• Assisting in developing and implementing procurement strategies and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the procurement process.
• Providing support in resolving issues or discrepancies related to procurement activities.

Requirements 🎯

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.

Compensation 💵

Pay ranges from $24 - $28 per hour.
