Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Identify and reach out to Korean beauty vendors; evaluate products and negotiate terms.
• Propose new beauty trends, brands, and product opportunities based on research.
• Analyze pricing strategies, ingredient trends, and customer insights.
• Manage the complete purchasing cycle — from product listing to vendor communication and order follow-up.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery; handle missing, incorrect, or damaged shipments.
• Maintain accurate internal databases including invoices, contracts, orders, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory analysis, including turnover ratio reviews.

Qualifications 🎓

• Strong interest in K-Beauty trends, products, and brands.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or supply chain (preferred, especially in beauty or retail).
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and multitask effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Proactive communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S., including candidates on OPT.

Work Environment 🏢

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York City. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. While primarily based in our office, you will regularly visit Manhattan stores to conduct product checks, review merchandising, assess inventory, and stay connected with customer trends.

Compensation 💰

Starting pay rate ranges from $22–$26/hr, depending on experience and skills.
