About the Role

As a LATAM Global Procurement Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard suppliers, ensure compliance, and facilitate key sourcing and tender processes. Your strong administrative and analytical skills, along with effective communication with stakeholders across LATAM and Asia, will be vital to your success.

Pay: $35–48 per hour

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Support supplier onboarding and compliance tasks (e.g., W-9, tax forms, legal documentation)
• Assist in RFI/RFP processes from creation to vendor selection
• Translate documents (Spanish–English) and facilitate communication across global teams
• Analyze business submissions and provide insights to managers
• Create project update presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
• Perform cost/spend analysis to identify savings opportunities
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to align budget expectations
• Support source-to-pay processes (supplier setup, requisitions, purchase orders)
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regional stakeholders
• Utilize tools such as Coupa, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint to manage workflows

What You Bring to the Table 🎯

• 1–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP—macros not required)
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, or similar systems is advantageous
• Solid understanding of logistics categories such as transportation, customs, and 3PLs
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating clear, executive-ready presentations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
