Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within the Solution Center Branch of PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network in Framingham, MA, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships through a defined sales process. Your focus will be engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions, thereby driving revenue growth and enhancing customer loyalty.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred to better serve our diverse customer base. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the Customer Base: Acquire and deepen customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities, enhancing their financial wellbeing.
• Drive Sales & Customer Engagement: Lead by example in conducting proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, lobby engagement, and service interactions, leveraging a full suite of PNC solutions.
• Enhance Customer Loyalty: Connect with customers during lobby interactions, offering tailored financial products and educating them on managing transactions with technology and resources.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Apply product knowledge to address customer concerns effectively while adhering to policies and safeguarding the branch’s operations.
• Community & Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with community Centers of Influence and ecosystem partners to expand and retain customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,810 – $82,800 💰

Salaries vary based on geography, experience, and education. This role may include incentive-based pay tied to performance.
