Work Schedule 🕒
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (must be flexible)
- One Saturday a month
Job Responsibilities 🩸
- Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screenings, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Accurately and promptly enter patient information into our data systems
- Process billing information and collect payments as needed
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as required
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications 📚
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- One year or more of phlebotomy experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
Additional Job Standards ✅
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency may substitute for work experience
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to additional sites as needed

Additional Details
This role offers an exciting Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour. PSTs may be eligible for our PST Incentive Plan, which rewards performance with a quarterly bonus.
