Position: Bilingual Phlebotomist – Beltsville, MD

Labcorp is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team in Beltsville, MD. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while supporting our mission to advance healthcare.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (must be flexible); Saturdays as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• 🔬 Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• 🧪 Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more
• 🖥️ Ensure accurate and timely data entry of patient information
• 💰 Process billing information and collect payments when required
• 🚑 Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• 🗃️ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• 🤝 Provide superior customer service to all patients
• 📝 Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• 🔧 Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 🎓 High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 🏥 Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3+ months of experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

• 📅 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
• 🗣️ Bilingual Spanish proficiency

Additional Job Standards:

• 🔖 Certification or training from an accredited agency may substitute for work experience
• 🎨 Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
• ⏱️ Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• 🌟 Exceptional customer service skills
• 🗨️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 🤝 Ability to work independently or within a team
• 🚗 Reliable transportation for site travel as needed

Role Highlights:

Incentives & Compensation:

• 💸 Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour
• 📈 PSTs may qualify for a quarterly performance-based bonus through the PST Incentive Plan

All offers are contingent upon your skills, experience, certifications, and internal equity considerations.
