RPh on the Go Is Hiring A Bilingual Pharmacist In Charge

Join a well-supported community pharmacy in New Jersey as a Pharmacy Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), offering flexible contract options, leadership responsibilities, and competitive compensation. 🚑💊

Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• System: Pioneer Rx
• Prescription Volume: 20–25 prescriptions per day
• Support: Strong technician team

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Supervise, train, and manage pharmacy staff
• Oversee daily operations, workflow, and policy implementation
• Maintain accurate inventory, including controlled substances
• Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Provide patient counseling and resolve clinical concerns

Qualifications

• License: Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Experience: 2+ years of pharmacy management experience
• Experience: 3+ years of recent pharmacy practice (community/retail preferred)
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills
