Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney – Clifton, NJ

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Attorney with at least 5 years of practice. The ideal candidate will be adept in personal injury litigation, working closely with trial attorneys, conducting depositions, legal research, and writing to support various legal proceedings. Responsibilities also include managing case documentation, collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients, and maintaining organized case files.

Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Review and draft routine legal documents; conduct in-depth legal research
• 📁 Create, update, and maintain comprehensive case files from inception to trial
• 📅 Monitor and manage Court Calendar/Docket as required
• 💼 Attend and handle depositions related to personal injury claims
• 🏛️ Attend and manage Court hearings and legal proceedings as necessary
• 🤝 Meet with clients, assisting with case developments and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• 🚀 Implement organizational strategies to meet Court deadlines efficiently
• 🔍 Participate in fact-finding investigations and negotiate legal disputes
• 🛡️ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• ⚖️ J.D. from an accredited law school (Required)
• 📜 Bar admission in New Jersey and in good standing with the Bar Association
• 🔥 Prior experience in personal injury litigation
• 🏛️ Familiarity with Pennsylvania and New Jersey court systems
• 💻 Experience with e-discovery tools and legal research databases
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• 📝 Proficiency with MS Office Suite and legal research platforms

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Please note that this posting is representative, and actual compensation may vary based on specific client needs and other factors.

Additional Benefits Include:

• 🩺 Paid Sick Leave: Five (5) days per year
• 🏖️ Vacation Time: Two (2) weeks of paid vacation, accrued as follows:
  • One (1) week after six (6) months of continuous employment
  • An additional week after one (1) year of employment
• 💼 401(k) Plan: Eligibility begins after three (3) months of employment
