As a full-time Personal Banker within our Retail organization, based in Pennsauken, NJ, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships.

Note: Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Job Responsibilities 📋

  • Grow Customer Base: Acquire and deepen relationships through proactive sales and service activities, focusing on enhancing customers' financial wellbeing.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive sales conversations via internal and outbound channels, including calls, lobby interactions, and appointments, to elevate customer loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Foster customer loyalty and increase Share of Wallet by providing a differentiated experience and leveraging community partnerships.
  • Financial Education: Educate customers on managing transactions with technology and resources to meet their financial needs.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management: Use product and procedural knowledge to address customer issues and adhere to policies to mitigate risks.
  • Branch Operations: Participate in daily operations ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Work Experience & Education

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience including military service may be considered.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Base Salary: $46,800 – $63,250 annually

Salaries are influenced by geographic location, experience, and education and are incentive-eligible based on company and individual performance.
