What Is This Role? 🤝

As a Bilingual People Business Partner for Cirkul, you will collaborate directly with the Manufacturing Operations team to understand their goals, strategies, and drive people-centered initiatives to support their success. Your responsibilities include:

• Enhancing organizational effectiveness
• Fostering engagement and culture
• Managing onboarding, retention, change initiatives, talent development, performance feedback, coaching, compliance, and employee relations

What Does An Average Day Look Like? 🌅

• Driving Results: Oversee daily People team policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Taking Ownership: Coach supervisors on employee development and performance management.
• Making Decisions: Use business insights and trending data to recommend strategies for better retention and engagement.
• Cultivating Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to support operational effectiveness and performance.
• Instilling Trust: Collaborate with the People team to align engagement and employee experiences with organizational goals.
• Customer Focus: Partner with manufacturing teams to support the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and beyond.

What Background Should You Have? 🎓

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• 3+ years HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential matters
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently or in teams
• Results-driven with a passion for people and business
• Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suite (Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Role model for integrity and fostering company culture
