Position Overview 🌎

The People Business Partner Manager will provide leadership and HR support within the South Florida Zone, Palm Beach Zone, and the Southeast Region’s Customer Team. You will be instrumental in designing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with senior leaders to drive results for both the organization and its people.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Execute HR Initiatives: Lead and implement key HR programs, ensuring consistent application of policies, benefits, and compensation across the site.
  • Organizational Diagnosis and Solutions: Identify organizational challenges and develop effective solutions to enhance performance and culture.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Guarantee all HR activities adhere to applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management & Talent Development: Collaborate with leadership to manage performance processes, develop talent pipelines, and support succession planning.
  • Staffing & Talent Acquisition: Design and execute staffing strategies for both exempt and non-exempt roles, including campus recruiting and continuous outreach.
  • Enhance Organizational Health & Culture: Drive site-specific strategies to boost employee engagement and align with PepsiCo’s core values. Lead and participate in diversity & inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Travel: Approximately 10% travel required ✈️

Compensation & Benefits 💰

  • Salary Range: $110,700 - $185,250
  • Salary based on skills, experience, education, and location. Recruiters will share specifics during hiring.
  • Performance-based bonus: 12% of annual salary, paid annually.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement, subject to eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), insurance options, and a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience, including leadership and generalist roles, with deep expertise in staffing, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Preferably experience in manufacturing, sales, or similar industries; supporting front-line and field-based teams is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish required 🌎.
  • This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States.
