Position Details

• Pay: $28–$34 per hour

Job Opportunities

We are currently seeking bilingual (Haitian-Creole) skilled RNs and LPNs to support two pediatric private duty nursing cases in Southwest Florida. Both positions offer true 1:1 care and consistent schedules, providing stability and meaningful patient relationships.

Case #1 — Naples 🏥

• Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour
• Schedule:
  • Sunday-Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Type: Pediatric with G-Tube and Tetralogy of Fallot (cardiac)

Case #2 — Fort Myers 🏥

• Pay Rate: $32–$34/hour
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Type: Pediatric with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent

Special Requirements

Availability of a school badge is required, as school support is involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care
• Perform G-tube feedings and medication administration
• Provide trach and ventilator care (Fort Myers case)
• Monitor respiratory and cardiac status, including Tetralogy of Fallot
• Assess patient condition and report changes promptly
• Follow physician orders and care plans
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Support and educate families appropriately

Qualifications

• Must have an active Florida RN or LPN license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with G-tube care required
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
