Job Description

The Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist (Cantonese) is instrumental in engaging with both new and existing patients. Your focus will be explaining the benefits of our programs, assisting with enrollment procedures, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Location 🌐

This position is virtual, offering the flexibility to work remotely full-time with occasional in-person training sessions aimed at skill development and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Review and prioritize patient census to ensure timely outreach.
• Contact patients to explain services and assist with enrollment into suitable programs.
• Coordinate with clinical and care teams to facilitate smooth patient onboarding.
• Strive to meet or surpass enrollment targets and performance benchmarks.
• Provide continuous support by handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Accurately document interactions and updates in designated systems.

Minimum Requirements ✅

• High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, healthcare, or customer-focused environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Cantonese bilingual communication is essential.
