Job Title: Patient Enrollment Specialist

Classification: Full Time / 1099 Contractor

Hours & Schedule: Mon-Fri; 10am-6pm ET OR 11am-7pm ET

Work Structure: Fully Remote

Team: Clinical Operations

Reporting to: Manager, Enrollment Operations

Location: United States

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour + potential for an additional $200/week bonus 💰

Job Summary 🔍

As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enrolling patients into our healthcare services and ensuring their satisfaction. Your main responsibilities include engaging potential patients over the phone, providing information about our programs, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will also assist patients and family members with program navigation, technical support, and scheduling sessions with our care team.

Responsibilities ✅

• Educate potential patients and families about the program, highlighting benefits and features, handling objections, and enrolling patients.
• Assist patients in navigating the program app and/or website, addressing any technical issues.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential patients and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Assess patient eligibility using provided documentation, and respond to questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records including insurance details, provider info, and clinical updates in our system.
• Meet weekly targets to ensure productivity and enrollment goals are achieved.
• Follow-up timely responses to interested patients to build trust and rapport.
• Stay informed about developments in cardiac rehabilitation by attending training sessions.
• Send educational materials via email and other channels to interested patients.
• Coordinate communication regarding insurance and other relevant information with pertinent parties.

• Prior healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to engage customers/patients in a sales capacity
• Experience with outbound calls and demonstrating high emotional and intellectual intelligence (EQ/IQ)
• Comfort with leveraging technology in a professional setting

Note: This is a 1099 contractor position.
