Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Patient Financial Advocate to assist patients in navigating their financial options and accessing assistance programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen patients for eligibility of state and federal assistance programs
• Assist patients with applications for appropriate financial assistance programs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and application statuses
• Follow up on patient accounts to ensure timely processing and resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience with medical coding or billing preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge with a typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
