As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the action, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Use AT&T’s full suite of products — from the latest devices to personalized services — to help friends, families, and communities stay connected.

What to Expect:

• On the sales floor: Use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting that rewards flexibility and adaptability as you stay current with evolving technology.

Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no experience? No problem! We provide all the tools, training, and coaching you need to succeed. 🚀

Compensation & Earnings

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour, plus the potential to earn up to $13,700+ in commissions when sales goals are met. Those working 20-24 hours per week average an annual total compensation of $53,364. Salary offers depend on location, experience, and education.
