Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Physician Assistant to support our practice on a part-time basis (10–15 hours/week). This role is perfect for PAs who value flexibility and enjoy working closely with patients in a supportive clinical setting. 🌟

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care when the surgeon is unavailable
• Conduct evaluations, follow-ups, and perform basic clinical procedures within scope
• Translate between English and Spanish during patient visits
• Support patient education and ensure clear communication
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey ✅
• Fluent in English and Spanish 🗣️
• Strong communication and patient-care skills 🤝
• Ability to work independently and confidently
• Prior surgical or outpatient experience is a plus

Schedule

• 10–15 hours per week

Compensation

Hourly rate ranging from $65 - $75. 💰
