Trueline's client, a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in El Segundo, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic litigation practice focused on wage and hour class actions and individual employment law matters. 🚀

Requirements

• Two years of paralegal experience REQUIRED
• MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish

What You'll Do as the Paralegal

• Provide critical support to the legal team in case management and document preparation
• Draft, file, and serve legal documents for state and federal courts
• Manage calendars, schedule court appearances, and coordinate with court reporters
• Prepare hearing binders and maintain organized client and case files
• Conduct legal research and data analysis as needed
• Serve as a bilingual liaison for client communications and inquiries
• Provide routine case updates to clients

Must-Haves

• 2-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation

Nice-To-Haves

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Experience in employment law, wage and hour cases, or civil litigation
• Class action lawsuit experience
• Familiarity with both state and federal court procedures
