We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Paralegal to support a dynamic litigation practice specializing in employment and labor law. 🎯 Responsibilities

• 📝 Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts
• 📅 Coordinate calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and track case deadlines
• 🤝 Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, providing regular updates
• 🗂️ Maintain organized physical and electronic client and case files
• 🗣️ Offer Spanish-English interpretation and communication support as needed
• 🏛️ Assist with preparing materials and logistical arrangements for court appearances and depositions

🎓 Qualifications

• 🗣️ Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 📣 Strong organizational and communication skills
• ⏰ Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively
• 📚 Prior legal experience, preferably in employment or civil litigation
