Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide critical support to a team of attorneys
• Draft, file, and serve legal documents in state and federal courts
• Manage calendar deadlines and schedule court appearances and depositions
• Prepare hearing binders and maintain case files
• Assist with various stages of case management
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Additional duties include:

• Case management, including filing and serving initial complaints
• Scheduling and coordinating court appearances and court reporters
• Legal research and data analysis
• Handling client inquiries and providing routine updates
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date client and case files

Qualifications 📝

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred)
• Experience in employment law, wage & hour, or civil litigation (preferred)
