Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Be the frontline captain of our packing operations — blending strategy with snack passion.
• Ensure a seamless flow from the kettle room to the packaging lines.
• Coach and support the packing crew, keeping morale and productivity high.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all tasks.

Work Schedule

Team C works Monday through Wednesday, from 6:50am to 7:00pm. Packing Leads may start a few minutes earlier to get ready for the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate packaging equipment — weights, sealing, film splicing, date coding.
• Support your team to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment across shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform metal detector checks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Change film rolls, adjust machines, and ensure proper product flow and scale accuracy.
• Ensure all packing meets customer specifications — including seals, weights, labels, and date codes.
• Monitor seasoning levels for consistent quality.
• Inspect and hand-pack products at line speed with attention to detail.
• Handle rework and repacking tasks as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Keep detailed logs on quality checks, production, and inspections.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are sanitized in accordance with food safety standards.
• Provide lunch and break coverage for team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Food manufacturing or packing line experience (preferred but not required).
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Willingness to work in hot, loud, and occasionally wet conditions.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards (a plus).
