📝 Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in both Spanish and English using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups focused on substance abuse
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development
  • Follow ethical standards and guidelines in behavioral health care

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline required; Master’s preferred (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with clients with addictions
  • Current license or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for substance abuse
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
