We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Outbound Sales Agent for Primary Care to connect with our patients aged 65 and older. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity perfect for individuals fluent in both English and Spanish.

Your Role Will Include:

• Making outbound calls and handling incoming communications focused on attrition mitigation marketing 📞
• Assisting members facing PCP terminations by answering questions and providing guidance during transitions 🩺
• Following up with newly acquired patients to ensure they schedule their second appointments ✅
• Facilitating appointment rescheduling for patients affected by center consolidations or relocations 🗓️
• Connecting with newly acquired patients on plans we do not accept, and guiding them to appropriate brokers 🌐
• Onboarding new engaged patients acquired through our traditional sales channels 🤝

Why Your Skills Matter:

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service 💼
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 🧠
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 💻
• A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences ❤️

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working from home 🏡
• Background in call center or patient outreach activities 📞
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish 🗣️

Additional Information:

This remote position requires:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps 🚀
• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to maintain patient confidentiality 🔒
• Occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings ✈️ (if applicable)

Work Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,900 annually, with additional bonus incentives based on performance 💰
