About the Role

As a Bilingual Operations Supervisor, you'll work directly with HotelPro, overseeing staffing at hotel properties, fostering strong relationships with hotel teams, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between hotels and our team, ensuring each property has the staffing and support necessary for success.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members 🧳
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel leaders 🤝
• Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage 🏨
• Assist in engagement activities and celebrations for our team members 🎉
• Respond quickly to client and staffing needs ⚡
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance ✅
• Promote HotelPro’s core values and positive company culture 🌟

What You’ll Bring

• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish — a must! 🗣️
• At least 1+ year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Inspector in hotels 🏨
• Schedule flexibility to work as needed, including evenings and weekends ⏰
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance 🚗
• Passion for people, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding client and team experiences 💡
• Strong communication skills to handle professional conversations effectively 📞
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and managing last-minute requests ⚡
• Team-oriented with a respectful, professional approach 🤝
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems 💻
