Primary Functions 🎯

• Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for all recruiting and onsite activities related to our temporary employees at a specific client location.
• Meetings & Analysis: Attend all client and internal meetings, including recruiting market analysis, marketing initiatives, and labor planning.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular meetings with client management to review performance indicators, discuss trends and concerns, and propose solutions.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on strategies and standard operating procedures.
• Check-ins & Coordination: Facilitate daily check-ins, which may occur mornings, evenings, or weekends, especially during client start weeks.
• Staff Development: Train, assess, and motivate onsite staff members; provide coaching and developmental feedback.
• Reporting & Analysis: Run metric reports, analyze data, and prepare summaries for client meetings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain daily interactions with client managers through regular meetings.
• Issue Escalation: Address safety or employee relations issues promptly by escalating to recruiting or director-level staff as needed.

Basic Requirements 🚀

• Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse environments; experience leading large groups is a plus.
• Experience with staffing agencies highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Proven ability to focus on processes with demonstrated strategies involving visual controls, standard accountability, and lead standard work.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% based on business needs.
• Strict adherence to client and ISS ethical standards.

As part of your role, you may need to perform physical activities such as operating commercial machinery, directing facility parking, walking continuously, lifting, carrying, climbing steps, and pushing or pulling materials or products.
