Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Operations Manager to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and managing team performance to ensure seamless service delivery. 🤝

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, with 2-3 years of recent experience, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, logistics, dispatching, management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards 📊
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce, ensuring collaboration and productivity 🤝
• Proficiency in bilingual communication (Spanish and English), with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 🗣️
• Experience in client relations, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client needs with professional acumen 💼
• Technical knowledge in hydraulic systems or previous experience in a related industry is preferred ⚙️
