Position Overview

The Bilingual Onsite Recruiter is a goal-oriented self-starter with proven experience in recruitment and human resources. This role is responsible for account management and various HR services provided to a major client, including hiring, placement, discipline, payroll, and termination of temporary employees. Responsibilities

• Client & Leadership Liaison: Acts as the point of contact for company leadership, reporting operational and performance data, and keeping management informed on client needs. 🤝
• Worksite Understanding: Learns the nuances of the worksite, providing insights and advising both client and internal teams on mutually beneficial needs.
• Business Growth & Customer Service: Coordinates with sales to grow site headcount, maintains positive relationships with decision makers, and fulfills orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Develops candidate pipelines tailored to client needs, manages interview processes, drug testing, background checks, and pre-employment procedures.
• Employee Relations: Acts as intermediary between temporary workers and client, resolving issues related to performance, attendance, payroll, or complaints.
• Client & Worker Support: Listens to client concerns, tailors recruitment strategies, and ensures workers adhere to company policies. Coaches workers through performance plans and delivers disciplinary actions as needed. 🗣️
• Issue Resolution & Compliance: Handles matters related to worker's compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints promptly and professionally.
• Site Supervision: Conducts regular site walk-throughs, maintains a productive environment, and verifies timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
• Communication & Urgent Response: Communicates effectively with management, responds to urgent situations, and works a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Key Success Factors

• Fluency in Spanish
• Reliable transportation and ability to report on short notice 🚗
• Consistent communication methods (e.g., personal cell phone)
• Flexible shift availability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of staffing industry operations
• Experience with worker’s compensation, unemployment, or discrimination issues
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte preferred)
