We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator responsible for various administrative tasks and maintaining the efficiency of our office operations. If you are organized, proactive, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!
🎯 Key Duties
- Daily Attendance: Take attendance each day to ensure production lines are fully staffed.
- Staff Backfilling: Assist in filling missing staff positions as required by Supervisors.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Recruit and hire staff that meet client specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Help monitor and communicate safety rules and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain daily communication with the Corporate office.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent support to Clients and employees.
- Software Usage: Utilize tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks.
🛠️ Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency: Knowledge of relevant software tools is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing Skills: Accurate and efficient typing capabilities.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Experience: Administrative experience is preferred.
- Customer Support: Beneficial for interacting with clients and staff.
- File Management: Familiarity with managing digital and physical files.
- Office Procedures: Knowledge of standard office management practices.
