As an Onsite Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, you'll play a key role in managing the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining communication with warehouse management, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the client facility. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a high-volume environment.

🔍 Responsibilities

• 🔄 Conduct full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching of associates
• 🏢 Maintain daily onsite presence at the client warehouse facility
• 📅 Track attendance, call-outs, and scheduling replacements
• 🤝 Coordinate staffing needs with client management
• 🕒 Assist with timekeeping and daily reporting
• ⚡ Support same-day and next-day staffing requests
• ✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• 💬 Maintain professional communication with associates and management
• 🎓 Assist with orientation sessions and coaching for associates
• 🔗 Maintain recruiting pipeline and staffing flow

🎯 Qualifications

• Previous onsite staffing experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Experience in e-commerce or warehouse settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Basic computer skills required (Excel, Outlook, data entry)
• Comfortable working onsite daily
