• - Offer advice on luxury villa destinations, villa properties, and experiences, tailoring recommendations to match each client's unique requirements
• - Assist clients in the villa booking process, handling reservations, coordinating payment transactions, and ensuring villa availability and readiness
• - Provide detailed information on villa amenities, services, and features, ensuring clients have a complete understanding of their chosen villa
• - Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience
